My internship was completed primarily at Martha Washington Academics Plus, a public school in West Philadelphia's Mill Creek section serving students in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.
The Learner Log
I was responsible for creating and maintaining the school's online climate data collection system. The Learner Log enabled staff at Martha Washington to report and track both positive and negative climate events, maintain parent contact records, record and track suspensions and detentions, keep track of students utilizing the Turnaround Room, . Professional Development Leadership
I adapted and differentiated district-wide professional development delivery specifically to Martha Washington's needs.
